i finally got my bel-air

well, if of course you count an embroidered one that hangs in my kitchen…then yeah, i got one!

found an awesome sketch of a 65 on google images, sized it up and printed that hot rod. every stitch was thrilling. knowing it was mine. knowing there would be chrome and wide doors and white wall tires.

and adding the emblem below added the touch of retro that i love. someday i will have a real one. teal and white. no doubt. and i will cruise it with the largest and most hep smile on my face. but for now…i will look at this one and dream of the smooth shine of the paint and the curves of that fender. and you know i’ll do a post about it. hehe

catch ya’ later…cool cats.
