Mini Digital Layout

I love having access to a digital version of the latest Felicity Jane kits! While I wait for my physical kit, I can dive in and start playing right away!

And isn’t the Brie kit just so gorgeous!? WOW!Brie_collection-22_1024x1024

My current format for memory keeping is 6×8 but that’s quite a small size for doing layouts. I really wanted to use a lot of the digital supplies, but I knew I couldn’t fit 3×4 cards and embellishments together. The goal was to do a bunch of layers and stacked elements right down the center of a page so I decided to put together a half page of embellishments and cards but shrink them down so they would all fit on my page.

With the smaller sized supplies, I was able to work so many onto this 6×8 page! The quote I included that serves as my journaling and story of the layout takes center stage but is complemented by all the gorgeous stuff around it!

The base of the design is the smaller journaling cards but I wanted other embellishments like the labels and hearts to hang and pop off of them.

The black & white bow makes a nice statement so I added it right above the quote to keep the focus drawn to this area.

With the softer and lighter colors of this kit, and the use of black in several places – I wanted to keep the eye moving to all the way down the layout so one final touch was to add the twine to this mini tag that was sticking out of one side.

The cutest florals and hearts make it so easy to create with this kit!! Am I right?

Thanks for joining me here as I shared a different approach to the digital kit. I hope you found it inspiring! Grab your digital kit here: SHOP BRIE
